Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for safety trainings development and delivery for a 24/7 manufacturing site.
  • Lead investigations after an incident has occurred including near misses, safety incident, or property damage.
  • Foster a positive safety culture through communication, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement.
  • Maintaining accurate records of safety training, inspections, incidents, and other relevant data.
  • Regularly inspecting the facility, equipment, and work practices to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure all equipment SQA uses follows OSHA standards and policies. Communicate to appropriate personnel when not in compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a quality management system.
  • Must be able to read and write in English • US citizen with valid US Passport
  • Understanding of OSHA regulations, industry-specific safety practices, and other relevant standards.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs.
  • Skills in conducting thorough investigations and identifying root causes of incidents
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential hazards. 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Aerospace industry experience
