Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for safety trainings development and delivery for a 24/7 manufacturing site.
- Lead investigations after an incident has occurred including near misses, safety incident, or property damage.
- Foster a positive safety culture through communication, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement.
- Maintaining accurate records of safety training, inspections, incidents, and other relevant data.
- Regularly inspecting the facility, equipment, and work practices to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Ensure all equipment SQA uses follows OSHA standards and policies. Communicate to appropriate personnel when not in compliance
Required Qualifications
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Ability to work effectively within a quality management system.
- Must be able to read and write in English • US citizen with valid US Passport
- Understanding of OSHA regulations, industry-specific safety practices, and other relevant standards.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs.
- Skills in conducting thorough investigations and identifying root causes of incidents
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential hazards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Aerospace industry experience
