- Provide information about airline policies, procedures, and promotional offers to assist customers in their travel plans.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records for compliance and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and enhance the overall travel experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and airline products to provide relevant information to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the aviation or travel industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
