About the Role:

As a Senior Manager, Customer Value & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Suki demonstrates impact for our healthcare customers. You will harness data to quantify and articulate the value of Suki’s ambient listening solutions, guiding both our strategy and the stories we tell. You will serve as a key analytic partner, driving effective cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Clinical teams to align insights with strategic initiatives and market messaging. In this role, you will lead rigorous analyses, craft compelling narratives, and present insights directly to enterprise customers. You will build the frameworks, processes, and tooling needed to scale how we measure and communicate value. Ultimately, you will calculate and showcase ROI across efficiency, revenue, and experience metrics - translating complex data into clear, resonant insights that elevate clinician experience and drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and calculate the key value metrics for ambient listening solutions, including clinical documentation time reduction, encounter throughput, coding accuracy improvement, clinician after-hours time reduction, and overall workflow efficiency, to quantify ROI for providers and health systems.
  • Hire, manage, and grow a high-performing team of data analysts, providing coaching, establishing analytical standards, developing career paths, and scaling team capabilities as our customer value function expands.
  • Build and maintain the data infrastructure needed to measure value at scale, including pulling, normalizing, and validating data from multiple EMRs, operational systems, and Suki’s platform.
  • Analyze adoption and utilization patterns to determine clinical impact, identify gaps, and surface actionable insights for customers and internal teams.
  • Develop automated dashboards, reproducible reports, and executive-ready presentations that clearly communicate value and performance trends for executive business reviews.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare benchmarks, CMS guidelines, and clinical workflows to contextualize findings and ensure analytical accuracy.
  • Partner with Marketing to translate quantitative results into compelling case studies and evidence-backed value stories.
  • Drive effective cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Clinical teams to ensure data requirements are met, analytical insights inform roadmaps and commercial strategy, and value narratives are consistent across the organization.
  • Establish robust analytical processes and quality-control methodologies to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and trust in all customer value outputs.

Requirements:*

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, data science, healthcare consulting, or value/ROI roles within healthcare or AI/SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with data pipelines or lightweight data engineering, including working with structured and unstructured clinical data.
  • Strong understanding of E&M coding, CMS guidelines, healthcare benchmarks, and provider operations/clinical documentation workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency with analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, BigQuery).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling insights for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, including mentoring or managing analysts.
  • Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and fast, effective communication.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills; able to influence through persuasion and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
