We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on People Experience Business Partner to join us for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with our Engineering Payments, and Payroll portfolio, which is a large, scaling organisation of 350+ people. If you have a logical mindset, love working with technical teams, and thrive in an environment focused on organisational evolution and growth, we want to hear from you.
How you’ll make an impact
You will work as a trusted partner to senior leaders, translating business goals into consistent and impactful people initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to provide both strategic and generalist support, helping to shape the organisational design and effectiveness of a critical engineering portfolio as it continues to scale.
