The Real Estate Creative Director is a visionary leader responsible for guiding the creative strategy, vision, and execution across multiple projects, campaigns, or brands. They oversee the creative process, provide artistic direction, and ensure that all creative outputs align with the organization’s goals and brand identity.
What You'll Do
Develop and communicate the overall creative vision and strategy for projects, campaigns, or the brand.
Lead, mentor, and inspire creative teams including designers, creators, copywriters and other creative professionals.
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Brand Marketing teams to integrate creativity with business objectives.
Supervise the entire creative process and ensure a cohesive look, feel, and messaging across all mediums (digital, print, video, etc).
Review, approve, and provide feedback on design, copy, and multimedia deliverables.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Present creative concepts and final deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and innovative team environment.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in a senior creative role such as Art Director, Senior Designer, or similar position.
Experience building and managing creative teams.
Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and digital marketing.
Exceptional portfolio showcasing creative leadership and a wide range of projects.
Proficiency with creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and emerging digital platforms.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Strategic thinking paired with hands-on creative execution abilities.
