Description
Job Summary:
The Sales Professional will be responsible for achieving corporate sales target of OLED TV/Gaming Monitor panels across North and South America and developing/establishing long-term relationships with customers in Large Display industry. Also, she/he needs to observe business status of customer with in-depth analysis of production plan and sales performance; forecast demand, sales strategy, fulfill customer’s needs and achieve sales targets. Sociability, strong communication, time-management and analysis & reporting skills are required, along with the ability to handle sensitive information in assigned customer accounts.
Responsibility:
- Negotiate monthly sales volume in terms of both unit and amount with customer and accomplish company sales target by monthly/ quarterly/ yearly
- Forecast customer demand through analysis of SCM data and optimize internal supply plan. Also, need to cooperate with HQ to align sales strategy direction
- Proactively supervise daily sales activities to fulfill customer’s requests and provide solution of issues in a timely manner
- Mitigate risks when it comes to supply schedule(production, shipping plans) and sales goal
- Make periodic customer visits and obtain their business status, negotiate on corporate business/supply plan and build up a strong relationship in order to fully support the customer
- Study NA TV market trend and determine factors which could affect customer’s business so that it could be reported to any related divisions of the headquarter office
- Perform month-end closing procedures and ensure sales goals are reached
- Contribute to team objectives and outcomes as guided
- Expected base salary range: $60K ~ $90K
The base salary will be determined based on your experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
Requirements
- Preferred: 0-3 years in sales/account management or supply chain management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Excellent communication skills (bilingual in English/Korean preferred).
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Travel required: 10%
