Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to Dutch-speaking prospects to generate and qualify leads.
• Effectively communicate our service offerings to set appointments for the sales team.
• Perform follow-ups with leads and manage appointment confirmations.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
• Work in collaboration with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and appointment management.
• Provide feedback on lead quality to help refine processes and strategies.
• Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and developments to engage prospects intelligently.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service roles is preferred.
