About the role and about You:
We’re looking for an outstanding Marketing Manager for the Partnerships Marketing team. You’re the type of person who lives and breathes cycling and understands how to reach new audiences through partner channels, is knowledgeable about training, racing and sharing your Zwift expertise. You’re passionate about connecting on-platform content experiences with off-platform communications, informing prospective subscribers with how they can enjoy and benefit from Zwift. You’re up for the challenge of supporting and owning on the development, management & deployment of Zwift marketing programs, briefs and strategies, with a focus on events and features that will excite our existing subscribers. Fast paced, hard work, maybe a bit of sweat… but loads of fun. Let’s roll.
What you’ll do:
- Own and deliver key marketing campaigns for the Partner Activation Marketing team
- Plan and execute and rollout of consumer facing marketing campaigns, ensuring communication integration across the full consumer journey
- Kick off and coordinate development of project plans, briefs and timelines down to the finest of details
- Present campaign overviews, wrap ups and lots in between to stakeholders of all levels
- Understand key target audiences, marketing objectives, competitive environments, and market dynamics
- Support Sports Marketing across Cycling and Tri in account and campaign management
- Collaborate with internal teams, including all marketing channels, Content, Product, & Creative Studio, becoming a close partner and stakeholder for them
- Independently manage key partners - both internal and external and anticipate needs of Senior Management in reviewing and understanding key project moments
- Stewardship of campaign documentation, including campaign overviews, briefs, channel plan summaries and reviews of performance
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in client and/or agency (media/creative) side marketing, brand management, or related industry
- Passionate about the cycling, triathlete and/or running industry, with knowledge of the training and exercise sector a plus
- Excellent communication, planning and writing skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Self motivated and results driven
- Positive demeanor and passion to solve problems and learn new skills
Bonus points:
- Demonstrable experience in brand and product collaborations
- Experience working within, or directing creative agencies
- Experience working within a matrix organisation across multiple timezones
