Senior Key Account Manager
The role
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of high-value and strategically important customer accounts across Cellnex UK. You’ll be the primary point of contact, building trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers while ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and engagement. Your role will be pivotal in identifying new sales opportunities, promoting Cellnex’s full suite of products and services, and shaping tailored solutions in collaboration with business development and product teams.
You’ll lead complex deal negotiations, working closely with internal stakeholders to secure approvals and deliver commercially sound agreements. With a focus on driving revenue, growth, and EBITDA, you’ll guide cross-functional teams to align with customer needs, conduct regular strategic reviews, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and commercial standards. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and delivering results.
This is a hybrid position based at our welcoming offices in Reading or Leamington Spa, with three days in the office and two days working from home.

Key Responsibilities
• Development of sales plan for relevant market sectors specifying key targets and routes to market. Specifying marketing / product support as required.
• Prospecting relevant market sectors through business development activity and self-generation of leads, supported by marketing campaigns.
• Management and qualification of prospects determined by both commercial and technical solution fit.
• Development of qualified pipeline of opportunities being actively managed using Salesforce CRM tool.
• Working with pre-sales and design colleagues and relevant vendors/3rd parties to construct detailed business cases (cost and pricing) in accordance with Commercial governance of Cellnex.
• Develop compelling customer proposals with ability to pitch at all levels of the prospect organisation.
• Lead the commercial/contract negotiation of the proposed solution supported by legal, finance and technical teams.
• Close multi-year contracts and transition to delivery teams.
• Ability to manage/prioritise multiple prospects/opportunities simultaneously.
