Retail Associate On Call en The Antigua Group Inc

Description

 Objectives:  Provide excellent Customer Service to all customers and ensure the store

is fully stocked and merchandise is maintained. 

Responsibilities:  

ñ Greet every customer cheerfully and sell product.

ñ Proficiently use the cash register to correctly ring up sales.

ñ Assist in creating monthly marketing plans to increase customer traffic.

ñ Help in rotating product on sales floor to keep a fresh look .

ñ Merchandise product received into the store and offer suggestions 

on how new product is to be displayed and signed to entice sales.

ñ Continually walk sales floor to provide for a clean and neat shopping 

environment. 

ñ Assist with special sales and promotions. Be familiar with what is on 

sale each day, week and/or month. 

ñ Create a positive working relationship with all employees. 

Handle additional duties as the position evolves or as assigned 

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. GED or High School      Diploma preferred 
2. Exceptional      customer service and interpersonal skills
3. Must display a      high level of initiative
4. Cash register      knowledge and experience a plus
5. Ability to lift 15      pounds and stand 8 hours a day
6. Ability to work a      flexible schedule including Saturdays, special promotions 

and holidays (such as: Black Friday and Saturday, Christmas Eve etc.)

1. Must have a      friendly demeanor and smile.
