·       To be the operations processor for Cards & Digital Payment related process .

·       To assist the team in reconciliation/settlement for digital products like IMPS/UPI/Aggregators / Visa/ Rupay.

·       MIS preparation, Audit data submission, Working on large volume of data.

·       To ensure high level governance standards are maintained on the on-boarding exceptions

·       Adherence to SLA and defined TAT.

·       Adoption to digital strategy and drive Design for No Operations.

·       Improve TAT or reduce exceptions/errors/complaints in process

·       Improve Control and compliance

·       Strengthen Risk & Control framework

·       Data accuracy & Transaction quality.

 

Job Duties & responsibilities (List the principal duties. Use concise statements that provide a clear understanding of the level of responsibility, complexity, creativity and analysis performed in this position.)

  • As member of the Digital Payment Ops team, perform settlement and reconciliation for digital payment products.

·       Achieve process synergies through automations and simplification

·       Obtain satisfactory audit rating for the team.

·       Ensure reporting of exception (if any).

  • Generate ideas for new processes/initiatives. Participate in UAT.

 

Requirements

1] A minimum of 1 -2 years’ experience in payment /digital product operations.

2] Sound knowledge of digital products, Excel skills and regulatory guidelines around it.

 


Education / Preferred Qualifications

1] Minimum of graduation from recognised university in full time
