Work Hours & Availability
This role operates on an 8.5-hour shift schedule, between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Monday to Friday. Additionally, weekend availability is required
This is an on-site role.
3-month opportunity with a possibility of an extension. This is a temporary role based in Eight Mile Plains, Meanjin (Brisbane).
Start Date: December 10, 2025
This is a temporary role based in Meanjin (Brisbane).
What You'll Do
• Provide an end to end claims experience
• Triaging, management and recovery claim costs
• Act as a referral for claim decisions and processing.
• Providing proactive, timely, quality and efficient claims outcomes
What You'll Bring
• Strong customer service experience
• Strong technical experience in the insurance claims industry is advantageous.
• Strong phone conversation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, listen and resolve customer enquiries
• Confident communicator with a talent for navigating tough conversations with empathy and fairness.
• Proficient with computers & systems - juggling multiple software systems at the same time
