We are looking for a talented, dedicated Implementation Coordinator to join our high-five team and take part in the continued growth of our dynamic company.

In this position, you will support the sales and implementation teams at AMP, an NCS Company. This role serves as the central hub for deploying services and hardware to clients. The core duties involve providing sales support by confirming resources and pricing, scheduling and deploying the implementation team to client sites, and actively managing projects by tracking progress and communicating status updates to leadership and clients.

 Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 Sales Support & Pre-Implementation Coordination

  • Confirm resource availability and staffing capacity for upcoming opportunities.
  • Provide resource cost/pricing details during the sales process.
  • Assist with proposal and quote creation and ensure final confirmation in coordination with the Hardware Coordinator and Finance Manager.

Resource Scheduling & Deployment

  • Assign and schedule implementation team members, confirming where each person needs to be and by when.
  • Communicate schedules and timelines clearly with both internal teams and customers.
  • Adjust and reallocate resources as needed to accommodate client needs, delays, or unexpected variables.

Project Management & Communication

  • Provide clients and AMP leadership with an executive-level view of implementation progress by site and by client (e.g., Not Started, In Progress, Complete).
  • Collect issues, risks, or needs from on-site teams and synthesize them into a structured workplan with action items, owners, and due dates — feeding updates back into the scheduling process.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and payment processors, as necessary, to ensure on-site teams have the required technical or compliance information.
  • Work closely with the Hardware Coordinator and Finance Manager to ensure any changes to implementation timelines are reflected in hardware logistics, invoicing, and financial planning.
Remote Configuration & Technical Support
·       Support on-site implementation teams by performing remote portal-level configuration of hardware and system settings.
Skills we expect you to have for your position
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience coordinating large-scale hardware and software implementation
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable working under pressure and balancing the demands of multiple stakeholders
  • Always ready to adopt new concepts, technologies, and tools as the company grows
