As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at night. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Job Description:As a Night Porter, you will...
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
- Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins
- You’ll ensure guest and business safety, and security is top priority at all times
- In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly
- Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
- Set up & prepare for functions and meetings in our 2 function rooms.
Set up resident breakfast room.
Clean guest area front of house to ensure the first guests to come down for breakfast are met with sparkling facilities.
A typical shift starts at 11.15pm and finishes at 6.15am.

- Ability to work on your own as this role is mostly lone working while the guests sleep.
