We’re looking for a Learning Developer to create engaging digital learning that empowers our crew and leaders across the restaurant network.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline
• Convert existing training into digital and micro-learning formats
• Produce learning resources including guides, workshops and tools
• Maintain and update content in the Workday LMS
• Support reporting, analytics and LMS user experience improvements
• Collaborate with the Instructional Designer, Capability Specialist, SMEs and international teams
• Keep all digital learning accurate, current and aligned to operational standards
• Facilitate leadership workshops and support broader L&D sessions.

What You’ll Bring

Required

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline or similar tools
• Experience with LMS platforms (Workday a plus)
• Strong visual design skills and understanding of adult learning principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience in QSR, hospitality or food retail
• Knowledge of food safety or restaurant operations
• Basic graphic design skills.
