Location: Ma'alaea, Maui

Pay: Starting at $22.00/hr + commission & tips

Role Overview:

The Customer Care Supervisor works at the direction of the Customer Care Assistant Manager to ensure the Customer Care team follows proper procedures, making accurate reservations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for providing training and coaching to the Customer Care team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact and escalation lead for the Customer Care Team; serve as back-up to the Assistant Manager as assigned during regular days off, vacations, absences, etc.
  • Manage reservations and bookings in FareHarbor, ensuring data accuracy, reconciliations, and handling of Cruise Lines, education, and charter reservations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including check-ins, resolving complaints, and maintaining professional communication.
  • Oversee and confirm daily operations, including manifests, internet bookings, set the daily schedule and compliance with company procedures.
  • Support team operations and logistics, such as training, inventory management, and coordination with caterers and partners.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year as a Customer Care Lead or similar capacity, PWF experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of and ability to provide confident, informative details regarding PWF events, tours, education programs with efficiency and accuracy
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Working knowledge of reservations system, Fareharbor preferred and ability to operate phone system
  • Knowledge of basic accounting skills
  • Handle stressful situations with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Able to sit or stand for extended periods
