Job Overview

As Finance & Insurance Manager, you’ll guide customers through automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products for new and used vehicle sales. You’ll partner directly with our sales team, financial institutions, and customers, ensuring seamless transitions and high satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Present automotive financing, leasing, and insurance options to customers at our car dealership
• Structure car deals and secure competitive auto loans from lenders
• Ensure regulatory compliance with automotive and finance laws
• Train and support sales staff to maximize F&I product penetration and customer service
• Build strong lender and customer relationships for repeat automotive business

Requirements

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of automotive dealership experience, including 2+ years as an F&I Manager
• Proven skills in car sales, automotive financing, customer service, and team leadership
• Excellent communication and sales abilities
• Knowledge of dealership CRM and finance software systems
