Job Title: Executive- Technical Number of Direct Reports (Solid Line): 0 Major Responsibilities: Technical Support: Control of non-conforming products / processes,disposing of non-conforming product / process, corrective & preventive actions, scrap & waste reduction, process modification, efficiency improvement, continuous improvement projects. First Product Release checks / Preparation of Check tyres, Prototype tyres, Blow point studies &Thermocouple studies as and when required. Cost reduction and adjustment reduction: Implement actions for cost reduction and reduction of tyre adjustments. 5. Review of test data: Review of Blow point & Thermocouple study data and initiate actions for process/product improvements. 6. Process Control : Review process control/audit data and initiate necessary actions 7. CFT for QMS: Preparation of PFMEA, Control Plans and Work Instruction. Skills: 1. Purpose of the Job: Co-ordinate technological activities of Tyre building, Tyre Curing & Final Finish in shifts which includes, implementing specifications / First Product Release Check / process systems, process trouble shooting, process review for continuous improvement, support to manufacturing on scrap / waste control and or efficiency improvement, implementation of specification changes and evaluation & disposition of non conforming materials. Implement actions for cost reduction and reduction of tyre adjustments. Plan and organize area activities related to Technical development / Preparation of Check tyre /experimental/trial production. Co-ordinate process audit /control and validation activities. Review of test data. Management of PRT items. Sent necessary MIS reports. Preparation of PFMEA, Control Plans and Work Instruction
2. Technical Improvements: Plan and organise area activities related toTechnical developments/experiments/trials and prepare necessary reports.
3. Control of Management Systems: Effective control of existing management systems with respect to quality, environment, health and safety. Control includes conformance to norms and authority to stop production as part of adherence to all IATF requirements.
Relevant Experience: The candidate should be having at least 3-4 years of experience. The candidate with tyre or Automobile Industry will be preferred.
