Facetune, Lightricks' flagship photo & video selfie editing app, is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media and Community Manager to elevate our brand presence and engage with our diverse user base of content creators, influencers, and social media enthusiasts.

Popular Pays, is a leading B2B web platform by Lightricks, connecting brands with creators to scale content production and campaigns through influencer marketing. We're seeking a skilled B2B Social Media and Community Manager to elevate our brand presence and foster relationships within the marketing and creator ecosystem.

What you will be doing:

  • Serve as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle — conducting discovery calls, building solution architectures, and leading API and SDK demos.

  • Partner with Account Executives to design and present custom integration solutions that demonstrate how Lightricks can be embedded into client products.

  • Act as the bridge between business and technical stakeholders, translating client goals into actionable implementation plans.

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape new API features based on client feedback and market demand.

  • Create proofs of concept (POCs) to validate technical feasibility and ROI for prospective clients.

  • Provide technical onboarding and documentation support for new enterprise customers.

  • Develop internal playbooks, demo environments, and reusable assets to scale pre-sales efforts.

  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and partner training to evangelize Lightricks’ technology.

Your skills and experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Architect role within SaaS, Martech, or API-based products.

  • Strong familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, and related integration protocols.

  • Experience working with developer teams and translating technical concepts to business stakeholders.

  • Comfort with scripting or technical troubleshooting (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar).

  • Experience supporting white-label or embedded technology products a plus.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills — you can simplify the complex and make the technical feel intuitive.

  • Strategic, curious, and proactive — you thrive in a startup-like environment where you can help shape the playbook.

Benefits: 

  • Expected salary range is $130,000-$170,000
