Role Summary 

The Project Analyst is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of global projects within an assigned business unit, with flexibility to support other units as needed. This role ensures projects are executed effectively, aligned with customer requirements, and consistent with the company’s strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards. 

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina 

Remote Options: This is a remote position. 

What You’ll Be Doing  

  • Lead the planning and implementation of complex customer projects 

  • Work with internal departments, Content Engineering, General Technical Services, Commercial Finance and Operations 

  • Main customer interface for project related activities 

  • Define project tasks and resource requirement 

  • Develop full scale project plans 

  • Manage project resource allocation 

  • Plan and schedule project timelines 

  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools 

  • Provide direction and support to development team 

  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders 

  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions 

  • Project evaluations and assessment of results 

  • Other duties as may be assigned 

     

What We’re Looking For 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, Engineering, or a related field is preferred 

  • Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus 

     

Certifications 

  • PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 or comparable Agile certifications (Will accept candidates with 6+ years of experience in lieu of Certifications) 

     

Experience 

  • 2-6+ years of project management experience 

  • Proven track record managing cross-functional or global projects 

  • Experience with project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models) 

  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources 

     

Technical Skills 

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello) 

  • Familiarity with collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Confluence) 

  • Understanding of data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) 

     

Soft Skills 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management 

  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities 

  • Risk management and problem-solving skills 

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 

  • Strategic thinking and decision-making
