Facility Management Officer (m/f/d)

(full-time 38.5h/week, 1-year limited contract)

Your Tasks:

• Independent and responsible execution of minor maintenance and repair work in and around the building

• Performing painting, renovation, and touch-up work

• Conducting regular inspections to ensure safety, and order on campus

• Organization, supervision, and execution of cross-trade technical and infrastructural tasks

• Monitoring of operational, malfunction, and hazard notifications and initiating appropriate measures if necessary

• Confident handling of building management systems

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training in a technical or trade profession (e.g., painter, building services technician, carpenter) or comparable experience

• Several years of professional experience in facility management or building maintenance

• Strong practical skills, technical understanding, and attention to detail

• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working

• Good English and German skills
