Job Description
This position is only used at overseas pizza locations where fresh dough preparation is required.Under general supervision, prepares pizza dough daily as an assigned duty. May operate an oven, deep-fat fryer, or other kitchen equipment in a situation where set procedures are followed and where cooking skills are not involved. This position requires associate to be friendly and passionately focused on delivering a personalized customer experience.

Job Qualifications
Education: High school or equivalent. Creditable job-related experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a 9 months for 9 months basis.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Major Duties
Prepares pizza dough daily using a dough mixer, scale, stretcher, and various types of cutters. Once dough is mixed, will divide dough into appropriate weights based on the type of crust and pan size. Dough is kneaded and allowed to rise, stretched, and placed in prepared pan. Prepares other items utilizing pizza dough as indicated by menu such as pizza rolls, bread sticks, and calzone. When not preparing dough, rotates between workstations.
Work as part of a team to ensure efficient service during peak mealtimes. Assist fellow team members as needed to maintain smooth operations.
Assist in the preparation of toppings, sides, etc. to include, but not limited to, chopping vegetables, assembling orders, and portioning food items according to brand guidance and customer specifications. Serve food to customers, ensuring proper presentation and portion sizes. Respond to customer inquiries about menu items and dietary restrictions.
Safeguard food and beverage items from spoilage and waste. Ensure all food items are maintained at the appropriate temperatures. May help with inventory control by checking stock levels and ensuring proper storage of food items.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining areas, food prep stations, and dishwashing areas. Follow health and safety regulations for food handling.
Operate sales register ensuring items are charged correctly and take all authorized forms of payment, providing change as appropriate. Actively communicate/promote the benefits of the Military Star credit card to customers in order to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
