Job Qualification
Education Level : B.Tech / Engineering Diploma / M.Sc
Language Skill : Good command of both written and spoken English
Computer Skill : Proficient in MS Office
Other Knowledge and Skills : Analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, ISO 14001/45001, and support permit/licence renewals.
- Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and assist in mitigation plans.
- Support implementation of safety programs, DOJO/GEMBA training, incident investigations, and emergency response plans.
- Assist in occupational health initiatives and employee health screenings.
- Support environmental programs including waste management and emissions control.
- Conduct inspections/audits and help drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Deliver or assist in EHS training and awareness sessions.
- Maintain EHS reports, records, and performance metrics.
- Ensure effective Permit-to-Work and operational controls.
- Organize emergency mock drills and follow-up action plans.

- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
