We are seeking a strategic and goal-oriented Business Operations Senior Manager to drive growth and operational excellence across our AI, Analytics & Data Science Group. Sitting within the AI, Analytics & Data Science team, you will lead strategic planning, optimize processes, and foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficiency and agility in team operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical approach, proven leadership in managing agile teams at scale, and expertise in driving operational improvement and financial management within complex organisations.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the AI, Analytics & Data Science leadership team in strategy and product roadmap development; set operational objectives and key targets aligned with business goals.
- Optimise resource allocation; manage budgets, CAPEX/OPEX forecasting, procurement, and vendor costs.
- Identify and implement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Leverage analytics to inform decisions; develop dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
- Partner with enterprise delivery, finance, HR, IT, and sales to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Lead operational projects end-to-end; drive change initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Manage operational risks and mitigation plans; develop robust business cases to enhance value on tribe investments.
What makes you perfect for the role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business operations, management consulting, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in leading operational strategy and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL).
- Outstanding organisational skills with experience leading cross-functional teams, managing projects, and leading change in fast-paced environments.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders and support organisational transformation.
