Job Description:- Monitor and maintain in-scope applications, ensuring high availability and 24/7 performance.
- Actively collaborate in managing critical incidents (P1/P2), including participating in Situation Rooms and conducting RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
- Identify incident trends and participate in defining definitive long-term solutions.
- Ensure the implementation and compliance with ITIL Governance and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) within IT Production.
- Execute change requests and deployments following ITIL & DevOps tools and processes.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to ensure continuous business operations.
- Participate in on-call availability rotations.
- Serve as a point of contact for the Development team, coordinating troubleshooting and fixes.
- Work closely with Scrum teams to design, deploy, and enhance systems.
- Implement upgrades, patches, and new functionalities with minimal user impact.
- Implement and optimize monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace) and Observability practices in the production environment.
- Maintain updated technical documentation and share knowledge with the global support team.
- Experience with Java Application Servers (RedHat JBoss EAP).
- Solid Java knowledge for heap/thread dump analysis and performance optimization.
- Experience with OpenShift and Cloud technologies (Kubernetes).
- Experience with API Gateway integration (Axway/APIGee).
- Advanced experience with RHEL Linux OS.
- Proficiency in Dynatrace.
- Experience with other tools like Jaeger, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK.
- Experience in CI/CD setup and optimization (GITLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Nexus Sonatype)
- Knowledge of automation tools like Ansible and/or Terraform.
- Experience with MSSQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Practical experience with the Scrum framework.
- Strong understanding and experience applying ITIL Governance.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
