Role Description: GTM & Pursuit Content Specialist
Reporting To: Shannon Woods, Senior Manager, Americas Consulting Managed Services
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused content specialist to support go-to-market (GTM) collateral creation, pursuit and offering collateral development, and win collateral development. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with expert-level PowerPoint skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates well across teams, and brings creative structure to complex content workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- - Develop and refine standardized GTM collateral including playbooks, slipsheets, and campaign decks in alignment with EY branding and messaging.
- - Support pursuit and offering teams by creating standardized proposal content, bios, resumes, and standardized templates.
- - Coordinate win collateral enablement including internal win stories and external case studies, working with engagement teams and BMC and PRC teams
- - Manage and maintain content repositories (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams) for easy access and version control.
- - Collaborate with sector, alliance, and service line leads to ensure messaging is tailored and impactful - comfortable talking coordinating with stakeholders to align messaging and integrate feedback
- - Track progress and deadlines across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- - Assist in campaign kickoff coordination and reporting support for leadership visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- - Exceptional PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills; able to build executive-ready decks that clearly communicate value props and win narratives.
- - Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines and deliver high quality outputs under tight deadlines
- - Strong written and verbal communication skills – capable of translating complex concepts into clear, client-ready messaging and collaborating effectively across teams and stakeholders
- - Strategic thinking and business acumen – understands how to position EY’s services and differentiators in pursuit materials and win stories to resonate with clients.
- - Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- - Experience managing content workflows and repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
- - Ability to work independently and proactively in a matrixed environment.
- - Familiarity with EY branding, GTM processes, or professional services.
