Descripción:
- Apoyo en la elaboración de la planilla mensual de remuneraciones a través del sistema BUK.
- Apoyo en la elaboración y registro en el sistema contable de provisiones de vacaciones, gratificaciones y CTS mensualmente.
- Apoyo en el cálculo de AFP, Impuestos y Contribuciones a pagar correspondientes a la planilla; además de la presentación de los impuestos de personal según cronograma de SUNAT.
- Apoyo en el análisis de las cuentas contables relacionados a los pagos al personal.
- Apoyo en la elaboración de Liquidación de Beneficios Sociales al personal cesante y su respectivo registro en el sistema contable.
- Apoyar en la elaboración y control de los saldos de vacaciones por cada trabajador de la empresa, y su conciliación con los saldos contables.
- Apoyo en la coordinación de los pagos de la planilla con el equipo de tesoreria.
- Apoyo en el control y elaboración de los contratos laborales del personal.
- Apoyar en el control de freelancer de la agencia.
Requerimientos:
- Estudiantes de últimos ciclos o recién egresados de la carrera de Contabilidad o afines.
- Experiencia en contabilidad (deseable).
- Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio.
- Manejo de SAP y Concar (deseable).
- Experiencia manejando sistemas de SUNAT (deseable).
- Inglés a nivel intermedio (deseable).
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera híbrida.
