Short Description
The Application Engineer Professional is the technical contact person for the customers technical demands, tasks and issues and responsible to find technical solutions together with the customer.
Job Responsibility
- Central technical interface to the customer and representative of the customer specific concerns and interests
- Technical preparation of customer enquiries incl. technical consulting of the customer
- Technical representative of the customer in MD-projects (R&D-projects, programs, ramp-ups)
- Responsibility for the maintenance and development of the technical interface to the customer, incl. deep knowledge about the customers further technical development plans and technical requirements
- Support of the sales team in customer acquisitions and customer care
