Main Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage daily F&B operations across all outlets.

2. Lead, coach, and develop staff to maintain performance and service excellence.

3. Ensure service quality, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards are consistently implemented.

4. Manage staffing levels to achieve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

5. Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs to maintain consistency across outlets.

6. Control inventory, minimize waste, and optimize cost efficiency.

7. Analyze sales performance and collaborate with Business Development to execute revenue initiatives.

8. Ensure compliance with food handling, health & safety, and halal regulations.


General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Graduate (Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred).

  • 5+ years experience in F&B/restaurant operations, with minimum 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

  • Strong operational knowledge in service standards, financial performance, and customer experience.

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and POS/Inventory systems.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

  • Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Understanding of local F&B regulations, HACCP, and food safety standards.

  • Proven track record in improving outlet performance and profitability.
