We are looking for a growth-oriented leader to join our team as Regional Marketing Manager, playing a pivotal role to guide our marketing efforts in North & Central America.

Your responsibilities will include the co-creation and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, analysing market trends, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, and connecting global marketing strategies with regional and local ones.

Make a difference as Regional Marketing Manager

As a Regional Marketing Manager at Enza Zaden, your role comes with a set of significant responsibilities. Your responsibilities include identifying and developing market opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Product Management. Additionally, you will oversee and ensure the alignment of marketing operations in the region to meet established targets. Collaborating with Sales and Product Managers, you will translate the company's M&S strategy into regional market plans to ensure that all marketing efforts are closely coordinated. This collaboration requires you to travel around a significant part of your working time within the region. 

You will play a pivotal role in translating customer and market insights into actionable business opportunities within the region. The goal is to harness and maximize business knowledge by developing innovative marketing concepts. Your role will also involve providing input on data collection needs to our Global Market Intelligence and Data and Analytics teams, supporting data-driven decision-making. You will oversee the creation, management, and execution of customer activities and marketing plans, along with the allocation and management of marketing budgets. Active involvement in cross-functional international marketing projects will be expected, contributing a global perspective and insights.

In short, you:

·       Have a university degree (Master’s level or equivalent), preferably in Marketing, Economics, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field

·       Have +10 years of relevant work experience in the food or vegetable industry or in an agricultural environment

·       Are an innovative thinker who can generate new ideas and communicate effectively

·       Are willing to travel internationally on a frequent basis

·       Have strong leadership skills to lead and develop a high-performing team

·       Are fluent in English; Spanish is a plus

·       Creative, can generate new ideas and communicate them effectively

·       Have excellent analytical skills and interpretation capacity

·       Enjoy working in fast-paced and complex environments in product, customer and cultural differences, requiring a high level of team relationship skills

·       Have skills to foster a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, trust-building talent development, collaboration, and the creation of high-performing teams

·       Are willing to travel domestic and international very frequently
