As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll be a trusted partner to leaders and a champion of exceptional talent experiences. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from intake to offer — while shaping strategies that attract diverse, high-performing individuals who share our values and fuel our growth.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment — from partnering with hiring managers to sourcing, assessing, and closing great candidates.
- Build strong, advisory relationships with business leaders, offering market insights, competitor intelligence, and strategic guidance.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of recruitment, building pipelines of high-quality candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our people-first culture and talent philosophy.
- Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage searches efficiently, track progress, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Design structured interview guides to help mitigate bias and elevate hiring quality.
- Track key recruiting metrics to inform continuous improvement and ensure our processes stay human, transparent, and efficient.
What you will bring
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate or agency environment.
- Bilingualism (English/French) required — with strong written and verbal communication skills for recruiting bilingual roles across Canada for all areas of the business.
- Proven ability to build trust and credibility with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience in talent attraction strategy, social recruiting, and hiring for high volume and specialist roles.
- A flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach — you thrive in change and always look for better ways to do things.
