Your tasks

  • The person preferably is based out of Cologne. Persons from Hamburg or Munich would also be considered. 
  • As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our existing advertising customers, responsible for managing relationships.
  • You will be responsible for growing revenue (Upselling & cross selling) and delivering impactful Total Video advertising solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with advertisers, agencies, and media buyers.
  • Planning: Translate client objectives into tailored Total Video media strategies & plans across linear, digital, and advanced TV platforms, also incorporating relevant options in print and radio where feasible
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery—from booking and trafficking to performance reporting.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with Ad Operations, Marketing, Pricing, and Research teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Market & Product Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, audience measurement, and evolving client needs.

 

Your profile

  • 2–5 years' experience in media sales or account management, ideally within TV or digital video
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of media planning tools would be a plus
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment
  • Fluent in English & German. Any other European language would be an advantage.
