We're seeking a proactive and people-focused Revenue Enablement Specialist to empower our sales organization with the training tools, and support they need to excel. This role is perfect for someone who loves taking initiative, solving problems, and making a tangible impact on seller success. You'll own our revenue technology platforms, design engaging training programs, and serve as the trusted advisor that our sales team turns to when they need help. Every seller you train, every process you streamline, and every system you optimize directly impacts our ability to win deals and grow revenue. You'll have the autonomy to shape our enablement strategy and see the immediate impact of your work in the success of our sales team and entire organization.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and Optimize Our Revenue Tech Stack
• Serve as the primary administrator for our Partner Portal, Sales Excellence System, and Salesforce CRM
• Configure and customize systems to improve usability and align with sales workflows
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to end-users
• Identify opportunities to enhance our tech stack and recommend new tools or features
• Maintain system documentation and ensure data integrity across platforms
• Maintain product and feature updates on the Partner Portal

Design and Deliver Impactful Training Programs
• Create comprehensive onboarding programs that accelerate new hire ramp-up time
• Develop engaging training materials including videos, guides, playbooks, and quick reference sheets
• Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and office hours for sales teams
• Create and upload new training modules in the Sales Excellence System
• Continuously update training content based on system changes and user feedback

Drive Adoption and User Success
• Monitor system adoption metrics and proactively address low-usage areas
• Gather feedback from sellers to understand pain points and improvement opportunities
• Champion best practices and ensure consistent tool usage across the organization
• Conduct regular check-ins with sales to identify enablement needs
• Create communication campaigns to announce new products, features, and drive engagement
• Measure training effectiveness and iterate based on results

Collaborate on Strategic Initiatives
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align enablement with business goals
• Lead the rollout of new tools, features, and process changes
• Contribute to the development of sales methodologies and playbooks
• Stay current on industry trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance our enablement approach
• Support key sales initiatives with targeted training and resources

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:

  • 3 years' minimum experience in sales enablement, marketing, or a related field

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in working with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering training programs for sales teams
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new platforms
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail 

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) or customer portal platforms
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience
  • HVAC experience is a plus
  • Skills in creating video content or e-learning modules
