The Financial Planning Analyst will support the Capital Markets and Real Estate teams and work closely with senior team members in Accounting, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales across the global Serverfarm organization. Experience working in a data center is crucial for this exciting opportunity. The role requires superior analytical skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to collaborate across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will contribute to the analysis of company financial results, corporate budgeting process, investor and lender reporting, and projection of capital needs. You will support the data center acquisition, development, and asset management functions by providing financial underwriting support and assistance with investment memorandums. You will become an expert using and maintaining the corporate operating financial model and individual and portfolio transaction models.
