Minimum qualifications:
- JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.
- 3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of privacy, consumer protection, antitrust, contract, content moderation/safety, or IP law issues in a technology context.

- Negotiate and manage all aspects of real estate matters including purchase and sale agreements, letters of intent, memorandums of understanding, option agreements, leases, subleases, disposition documents, easement agreements, title insurance, conveyance documents, surveys, and access agreements.
- Engage and manage outside counsel for real estate, land use and construction matters.
- Lead all construction matters needed for the development of infrastructure.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes by working closely with cross-functional partners including TI Legal, Finance, Risk Management, and Public Relations to best serve the needs of our internal clients.
- Liaise with VP's and executive level management as needed.
