This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).
Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership and engagement managers to forecast demand, identify capacity gaps, and recommend strategic solutions for staffing, project allocation, and workload balancing
Oversee staffing for complex and high-priority engagements, ensuring staff with the right skills and experience are allocated efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and project success.
Drive data-driven decision making, providing executive-level reporting and analytics on utilization, resource capacity, project timelines, and staffing trends to inform operational and strategic initiatives
Enhance and maintain resource management systems, ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and improved visibility into staff allocation across the [Business Unit]
Lead cross-functional initiatives with HR, Talent Development, and Recruiting to align resource planning with hiring, onboarding, career development, and succession strategies
Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to strengthen the resource management function and operational efficiency
Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing recommendations that improve engagement profitability, workload balance, employee satisfaction, and long-term staffing strategies
Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance oversight to ensure high-quality staffing operations and professional growth of team members
Manage escalations and high impact staffing decisions, acting as the point of resolution for complex scheduling conflicts or capacity challenges
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in resource management, workforce planning, or operations within public accounting, consulting, or professional services, including team leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Proficiency in resource management systems (e.g., Workday, Dayshape, CCH Axcess Workflow/XCM) and Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards
