Com quem você irá trabalhar?
Você fará parte do time Global IT – Digital Workplace, colaborando com a equipe de Unified Endpoint Management (UEM). Esse time é responsável por garantir visibilidade, segurança e automação dos endpoints corporativos, utilizando a plataforma Tanium, em parceria com áreas como Segurança da Informação e Service Delivery.
Como você irá fazer a diferença?
Como estagiário(a) de UEM, você apoiará a manutenção e melhoria da gestão de endpoints, contribuindo para processos críticos de segurança e compliance. Atuará em tarefas práticas com ferramentas corporativas, ajudando na automação e documentação de fluxos que impactam diretamente a operação global de TI.
O que queremos saber sobre você?
- Graduação em andamento em Ciência da Computação, Tecnologia da Informação, Segurança da Informação ou áreas correlatas
- Inglês básico/intermediário para colaboração
- Conhecimento básico sobre Windows OS e conceitos de gerenciamento de endpoints
- Familiaridade com linguagens de script (PowerShell, Python) será um diferencial
- Boa comunicação e organização
- Interesse em aprender e contribuir em um ambiente dinâmico
Como será o seu dia-a-dia?
- Monitorar e reportar conformidade de endpoints usando módulos Tanium (Asset, Patch, Compliance)
- Apoiar tarefas básicas de empacotamento e implantação de software
- Auxiliar na resolução de erros de implantação
- Documentar fluxos e atualizar bases de conhecimento internas
- Participar de testes e validação de scripts e configurações Tanium
- Colaborar com equipes de Segurança e Service Delivery em atividades rotineiras
- Contribuir em reuniões e projetos do time.
