THE WORK
You will be the lead Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM) leading assigned ECIW programs with primary focus on the BLQ-10 Product Portfolio. This position will be responsible for managing overall manufacturing efforts associated with the development and execution of all the BLQ-10 orders, including multi-site manufacturing execution throughout the programs period of performance. This role will have responsibility for managing program baseline plans, capacity, resource and staffing analyses and Control Account Manager (CAM) oversight responsibility for multi-site manufacturing. This role includes leading multi-disciplined manufacturing teams including manufacturing engineers, test engineers, production control, and production supervisors.

Basic Qualifications
• Ability to multi-task and support multiple internal or external customers
• Ability to lead a manufacturing proposal effort with limited to significant manufacturing content.
• Ability to work in both production and development environments.
• Experience with transition to production (Design for Assembly, Infrastructure, Facilitation)
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence.
• Demonstrated history using Earned Value Management (EVM) tools to improve program performance.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization / strong presentation skills

• SAP and/or Solumina experience preferred

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
