Southwest Human Development offers undergraduate and graduate students from different academic tracks and diverse backgrounds the opportunity to explore all aspects of the nonprofit sector. Students will have an opportunity to develop their professional skills by gaining field experience and working along side experts that provide services to children and their families.

What it takes?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Family and Human Development, Early Childhood Education, or other related developmental or behavioral health fields required.
- Must be currently enrolled in college or university, in final year of undergraduate program.
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card - OR - must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
