Overview:The Digital Strategist is responsible for all corporate communication platform-related activity including updates, ongoing optimization, training, troubleshooting and UX/UI innovation. Works with vendors and internal teams to oversee technical interfaces related to the company's communications platform / Content Management System (CMS). Implements best practices to maximize platform functionality to best support communication needs. Responsible for maintaining mobile responsiveness and visual accessibility for corporate communications content deployed from the platform. Works with vendors and internal teams for analytics behavioral tracking, data layer execution, and ensures analytics are working properly. Leads training on the communication platform works directly with Corporate Communications leadership for strategy development and deployment for all areas of the organization.Responsibilities:Serves as platform administrator and performs day-to-day functional management.Serves as main technical support contact to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinates with platform vendor for resolution.Works with vendor for ongoing back-end maintenance and front-end optimizations for maximized platform performance.Leads training on the CMS platform and coordinates governance committee activity.Constantly seeks to innovate through a mobile first mindset providing suggestions and feedback using analytics and user behavioral tools.Works collaboratively with communications, marketing and creative teams, Digital Solutions team and IT as appropriate to understand future needs and digital marketing strategies and tactics as they relate to business KPIs.Works with Corporate Communications leadership and organizational leadership on web governance and web project prioritization to align with organizational needs.Provides feedback and suggestions for creative assets for web UX/UI best practices.Creates and maintains a digital/web dashboard of platform metrics and KPI’s.Delivers weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for platform optimization, web analytics, and heatmapping / behavioral analytics depending on business needs.Monitors platform stability including uptime, links, images, and all other associated website UX is working as intended.Assists with multimedia optimization.Qualifications:Certifications: , Education: , Work Experience: Website development; Marketing/Advertising/CommunicationsCarle Health Company Overview:

Salary Range:The compensation range for this position is $28.82per hour - $49.57per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
