Job Summary:

As an Associate Attraction Designer, you will support the creative design and development of immersive experiences—from early concept through schematic design. Working under the guidance of senior designers and creative leads, you’ll assist in transforming conceptual ideas into spatial designs, themed environments, and attraction layouts. This position offers the opportunity to learn across multiple disciplines including narrative, graphics, architecture, and operations to help bring compelling experiences to life.
Essential Functions:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and design charrettes to generate compelling attraction concepts.
- Assist in creating attraction layouts, storyboards, and guest flow diagrams.
- Prepare drawings, sketches, and digital models to communicate design intent.
- Support the development of schematic and design development documentation.
- Produce visual presentation materials, including 2D renderings and 3D models.
- Collaborate closely with internal design teams and external partners to maintain creative consistency.
- Support the team in coordinating creative design intent through production phases.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
- 0–3 years of professional experience in themed entertainment, attraction design, or a related design discipline.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, spatial design, and storytelling through visuals.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, 3DS Max, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent collaboration, organization, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel may be required; must possess a valid driver’s license and be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.
