Pay Range:

• Balancing credit card transactions and guest accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assisting guests with late-night arrivals and departures.
• Responding to guest inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Maintaining vigilance over the hotel premises during the night shift.
• Preparing necessary documentation for the morning staff.
