Pay Range: $99,000 - $142,000

Summary: We are seeking a results-driven AI Engineer to join our IT Architecture team. In this role, you will identify and evaluate AI opportunities that align with our business needs, assess their potential ROI, and lead the implementation of these solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong business acumen, ensuring that AI initiatives deliver measurable value.

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand organizational challenges and identify areas where AI can create value.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend AI solutions that fit business requirements and strategic goals.
• Analyze potential ROI and impact of proposed AI initiatives, preparing business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
• Lead pilot projects and proof-of-concept studies to validate AI solutions before full-scale implementation.
• Oversee the integration of AI technologies into existing business processes, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor and report on the performance of implemented AI solutions, making recommendations for optimization and scaling.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and data analytics, identifying emerging technologies that could benefit the organization.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical standards in all AI projects.
• Communicate complex AI concepts and project results to non-technical stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement around AI adoption within the organization.
