What to expect

We are looking for a Product Owner to take full ownership of our Timesheet Management product. This is a critical role where you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a solution that ensures accurate time tracking, compliance, and efficiency across our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and end-users to deliver a product that meets business needs and enhances user experience.

 

You will work closely with stakeholders across IT, procurement, finance, and compliance to ensure our processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills

  • Strong understanding of time tracking, payroll, or workforce management systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Scrum).
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
