General Manager - Marketing en Seekho

We’re hiring a strategic and hands-on General Manager – Marketing to own growth, performance marketing, and user acquisition for Seekho. You’ll lead user acquisition at scale, optimize marketing efficiency, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive high-quality demand.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale performance marketing across Google, Meta, and other channels
• Optimize CAC, ROAS, and key growth metrics using data-driven insights
• Run growth experiments across funnels, audiences, creatives, and landing pages
• Collaborate with creative strategy and demand of high-performing ad assets
• Collaborate with category, content, and product teams to align demand with supply
• Build reporting dashboards and strengthen attribution & tracking
• Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team

Requirements

• 5+ years in performance marketing/growth at high-growth startups or consumer businesses
• Experience managing large budgets and scaling acquisition campaigns
• Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets; SQL is a plus)
• Expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA, Appsflyer, and attribution tools
• 1st principles problem solving with strong ownership and execution ability

Good-to-Have

• Experience in content/media, consumer-tech, or ed-tech
• Team-building and management experience
• Understanding of retention and lifecycle marketing
