Job Objective:

To ensure effective supervision of nursing operations, adherence to medical protocols, and high standards of patient care within the hospital and occupational health center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily nursing activities to ensure quality care and patient safety.

• Monitor adherence to infection control, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Allocate duties, manage shift rosters, and ensure adequate nurse-patient ratio.

• Conduct training and skill upgradation programs for the nursing team.

• Support medical officers in minor procedures and emergency management.

• Maintain inventory of medical consumables, equipment, and emergency kits.

• Ensure accurate documentation of nursing notes, vitals, and medication records.

• Coordinate with the administration for manpower and facility needs.

• Lead audits and ensure compliance with statutory and licensing norms.
