📄 JOB DESCRIPTION
You will sit within the DirOps Travel & Leisure team and act as the data owner for our multi‑provider booking funnels. Your focus is to secure data quality end‑to‑end, enable accurate performance measurement, and drive actionable insights for internal teams and external partners.The role requires close collaboration with Product Managers, Project Managers, Engineering, Brand/Commercial teams, and external providers. You will balance operational responsiveness (fixes, incident follow‑up) with structured analytics (tracking plans, dashboards, recommendations).Work mode: cross‑functional, project ownership for roadmap topics, with rapid response for incidents and go‑lives. Occasional presence in partner and steering committee meetings (COPIL).
You will be autonomous to build and manage the backlog of booking integration errors by provider, manage new tracking projects, Maintain and improve existing tracking and dashboards; set up monitoring and alerts on key KPIs., Lead analyses, identify performance gaps, and propose data‑driven action plans to stakeholders and prepare and animate data content for COPILs and partner meetings. With your manager, you will define the quarterly priorities, arbitration on cross‑team trade‑offs, and escalation for major provider issues or significant product scope changes and validation of strategic recommendations with material business impact.
🎯 TASKS
Data Quality and Reliability : Ensure daily correction and reliability of brand and booking data across all connected funnels; Set up and drive the backlog of booking integration errors by provider; classify root causes, prioritize fixes, and track to resolution; Follow providers on corrective actions; validate fixes and secure long‑term remediation; Implement automated checks, reconciliation, and alerts to prevent data loss and detect anomalies early.
Project Launches and Integrations : Deploy countermeasures and tracking fixes across all connected funnels, Guarantee robust booking data integration at go‑live, Contribute to go/no‑go decisions with data quality gates and risk assessments.
Performance Tracking and Analysis : Design and deploy tracking plans for new projects, Maintain and evolve existing tracking to avoid data loss; enrich events and KPIs as business needs evolve, Set up KPI alerts (e.g., conversion rate, search-to-book, booking success rate, error rate by provider, cancellation/refund rates, data latency) and investigate anomalies, Deliver deep‑dive analyses on funnel performance, behaviors, and technical blockers.
Data Sharing and Stakeholder Enablement : Build actionable dashboards for internal teams and for external partners; Prepare and facilitate steering committees (COPIL) and partner meetings with the right level of insight and recommendations; Collaborate with Project Managers for post‑launch KPI monitoring and learnings; Document data definitions, tracking specs
Performance Improvement and Recommendations : Analyze patterns and quantify impact, Formulate and prioritize recommendations (tracking fixes, UX/SEO/SEM levers, provider‑side changes, operational process improvements), Share analyses and action plans with brands and/or Project Managers; follow through to measure outcomes.
👉 MUST HAVE SKILLS
Travel industry experience (OTAs, tour operators, hotel providers, GDS/channel managers).Proven experience owning tracking plans, data quality, and performance analysis for complex, multi‑partner funnels.
BI and dashboarding : Looker/Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI; ability to build clean, actionable dashboards.
Proficiency with Excel/Sheets. Data extraction and validation; comfort with CSV/excel imports and data reconciliation.
Rigorous, structured, and detail‑oriented; strong ownership of data quality.
Problem solver with a bias to action and the ability to simplify complexity.
Excellent communication; can translate technical details into business impact.
Stakeholder management: able to align, challenge constructively, and drive decisions.
Prioritization and time management in a fast‑paced, multi‑partner environment.
Professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
