Job overview:
As part of the Guest Experience & Operations Intelligence team, you’ll analyze learning & operations performance, people metrics to drive data-based decisions for restaurant operations and training. You’ll transform complex data into actionable insights, helping improve learning programs, retention, and operational performance.
This role is based in Zug, Switzerland and reports to the Guest Experience & Intelligence Sr. Manager.
Position requires 5 days per week of office presence.
The employment contract will be provided by a third-party employment. We are providing a full time, indefinite employment contract.
Your roles and responsibilities:
Learning & Performance Analytics
- Define and track KPIs (e.g., training completion, engagement, retention, operations performance, guest feedback).
- Analyze training & operations outcomes and feedback to identify gaps.
- Convert business goals into measurable learning metrics and share insights with global stakeholders.
Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, clean, and validate data from Learning Management Systems, HR Teams, CRM, Guest Feedback and other systems related to restaurant operations.
- Build and automate visually clear dashboards tailored for leaders and regional teams using PowerBI.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with standards.
Communication & Collaboration
- Partner with Learning & Development, Restaurant Operations, International and Regional Operations teams, and SMEs to enhance training content based on data insights.
- Support pilot launches, feedback testing, and tool validation.
- Track and communicate the impact of learning and operations initiatives.
Trend Analysis & Forecasting
- Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns and potential bottlenecks
- Track progress towards targets and identify areas where intervention is needed
- Identify learning and retention trends to anticipate training needs.
- Provide clear executive summaries and visual reports highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Your skills and experience:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics or data science
- 2-4 years in analytics roles, ideally in the QSR industry.
- Previous working experience in a QSR restaurant is highly desired.
- Strong experience level in analysis, managing data from different platforms as PowerBI & Tableau.
- Nice to have tools as Snowflake.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft ‘s tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint & Thinkcell are a must). Must be an excellent user of Excel with in-depth knowledge of advanced formulas and macros.
- Experience working in a regional role is preferable.
- Fluent in English.
- Eligible to work in Switzerland without work permit sponsorship.
