SALARY:  $160,430.00 to $182,000.00 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Centurion is proud to be the provider of medical services to the Minnesota Department of Corrections.   

We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join the team supporting Correctional Facilities throughout the state of Minnesota in the following locations:  Fairbault, Shakopee, Oak Park Heights, Moose Lake:

The Physical Therapist restores or works to maintain patients' current levels of independence and physical functionality, alleviating pain and preventing disability or impact of disease by planning and administering medically prescribed interventions.

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program required. 
• Physical Therapy license in the state of Minnesota active and in good standing required.
• Background with acute injury/post-op/sports medicine preferred.
• Current CPR certification and current tuberculosis documentation
• Corrections, forensic or criminal justice experience preferred.  
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
