NP’s primary role in the consortium is the direct implementation of civilian protection programming in Myanmar, along with the analysis and articulation of its processes and impact/outcomes. The PIAC Manager’s role will support the NP team in Myanmar with the collection and analysis of relevant data, articulating impact, and facilitating learning across partners. - Support the Global Programme team in refining and implementing NP`s global MEAL strategy.
- Work with NP`s Global Policy and Advocacy team, NP`s Impact Analyst and consortium partners to translate impact data into persuasive policy and advocacy narratives and outputs for external stakeholders.
- Represent NP and/or the consortium in relevant coordination, advocacy, and governmental meetings/fora as needed.
- Explore opportunities to streamline the efforts between consortium partners as well as connect existing and emerging networks, communities of practice and learning institutes on the issue of unnamed and nonviolent approaches to civilian protection.
- Lead the consortium partners in strategising the continuation or expansion of the project and identifying opportunities for resource mobilisation.
- Lead and provide technical oversight and guidance to ensure coherence project implementation is in line with project goals and donor requirements and NP's global mission.
